Every prescription request submitted through our platform is carefully reviewed by an Australian-registered (AHPRA) doctor. Before approving any medication, the doctor assesses the information you provide, including your medical history, symptoms, and the selected health condition. Every request will be followed by a call from our doctor
Requests that are not suitable will not be approved, and your card will not be charged. This process ensures responsible prescribing, patient safety, and the same level of medical oversight you would expect from a traditional face-to-face consultation.
You may begin by selecting a health condition and then choosing the appropriate medication request. Each condition allows you to request one or more prescriptions, depending on your treatment needs. The pricing varies based on the number of scripts requested, with bundled options available for multiple prescriptions
Multi-script pricing applies to medications related to the different conditions. This ensures safe prescribing practices and allows the doctor to assess your treatment holistically. All prescriptions are issued for a standard pack-size supply to support continuity of care with your regular GP.
This approach provides transparency, affordability, and medical consistency while ensuring that prescriptions are clinically appropriate and compliant with Australian healthcare standards.
Our telehealth service supports a wide range of common, non-emergency health conditions. These include diabetes management, heart medications, high cholesterol, mental health support, asthma and COPD, erectile dysfunction, contraception, urinary tract infections, and other routine medical needs.
Each condition is reviewed by an AHPRA-registered doctor using the same clinical guidelines followed in traditional clinics. Certain medications that require physical examination, specialist review, or fall under restricted categories cannot be prescribed online.
