4. How does it work?

4. If approved, your prescription is sent via email and SMS—usually within minutes.
5. Are prescriptions valid Australia-wide?
Yes. Our eScripts are legally valid at all Australian pharmacies and can also be sent to an online pharmacy of your choice.
6. Do you deliver medications?
No. We provide only digital prescriptions. You can take your eScript to any nearby pharmacy for dispensing.
7. Is it safe and private?
Absolutely. Your information is encrypted and protected under Australian privacy laws. Only qualified medical professionals can access your data.
8. Do I need a Medicare card?
Yes, it is needed.
9. Can I get a repeat prescription?
Yes, if it's clinically appropriate. You’ll be asked about your dosage, treatment duration, and any side effects.
10. What if my request is declined?
If the doctor finds your request medically inappropriate, it will be declined, and you won’t be charged. You may be advised to see your local GP for further care.
